Delete Account

You can request account deletion by contacting support@gettruevow.com from the email address used for your PostLane account.

What to include

Use the subject line "Delete my PostLane account" and include the email address tied to the account. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or private credentials.

What happens next

Support may need to verify account ownership. Some information may be retained for a limited time where required for safety, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute handling.

In-app deletion

If an in-app delete-account control is available in your build, you may use that path instead. The support fallback remains available for App Store review and launch support.
