Need help requesting account deletion?

Use Settings → Account → Delete Account in the app first. The secure website form is a support fallback when that protected path cannot be used.

Effective August 9, 2026

PostLane is operated by Doualspark Inc.

You can request account deletion in the app through Settings → Account → Delete Account. That protected in-app path remains primary. If you cannot use it, submit the support fallback below.

Support fallback

Submitting this form does not delete an account or confirm completion. Support must verify account ownership and the request state.

Do not include passwords, sign-in codes, private credentials, government IDs, full addresses, or payment information.

Request lifecycle

Keep the public reference. Support verifies ownership and request state; submission causes no automatic deletion, and completion is reported only after the service confirms it.

What to include

Include the email address tied to the account. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or private credentials.

What happens next

Submitting a deletion request does not delete the account immediately and does not confirm completion. A request may remain pending while account ownership and the request are verified. Pending is not the same as executing. PostLane reports a request as completed only after the service confirms completion. You may review status or request cancellation where the current state allows it.

In-app deletion

Use Settings → Account → Delete Account to request deletion, review status, or request cancellation where allowed. The support fallback remains available when the in-app path cannot be used.

Retention

PostLane retains information only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, safety, support, and applicable legal obligations. Some information may be retained where required or permitted for fraud prevention, safety, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Provider backups follow secured backup cycles and are not used as active service records.

Questions

For privacy questions, account access issues, or deletion follow-up, contact support and do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or private credentials.
