PostLane is operated by Doualspark Inc. These Terms are an agreement between you and Doualspark Inc (“PostLane,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or using PostLane, you agree to these Terms and the Community Guidelines.

Eligibility

You must meet the age rating that applies to PostLane in your regional App Store and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If applicable law requires permission from a parent or legal guardian, you may use PostLane only with that permission.

Account responsibilities

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in method secure, and tell us if you believe your account is compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise. Do not share passwords or sign-in codes with anyone, including support.

Your content and permission to operate the service

You keep ownership of content you create. You are responsible for posts, photos, videos, profile details, messages, Circle content, Plan and Event content, and other material you add or send. You must have the rights and permissions needed to share it and must respect privacy, consent, and safety. You grant PostLane a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, display, and transmit your content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve supported PostLane features and comply with law.

Community conduct

PostLane is built for community, conversations, circles, events, and trusted coordination. Do not harass, threaten, impersonate, exploit, spam, scam, defraud, discriminate, share unwanted sexual content, or use the service for unlawful activity.

Website submissions and automated protections

Information submitted through a PostLane website form must be accurate to the best of your knowledge and must not be misleading, unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, automated spam, or intended to interfere with the service or another person. Do not use a form to send secrets, malicious content, or information you do not have the right to provide.

PostLane may use automated validation, anti-bot checks, rate limits, duplicate detection, and other anti-abuse controls. These controls may reject, delay, limit, or treat a repeated submission as a duplicate. They do not guarantee that every abusive submission will be detected or that every legitimate submission will be accepted without interruption.

Submitting a form, receiving an on-screen acknowledgement, or receiving a public reference does not guarantee email delivery, review, response, resolution, account access, deletion, organizer participation, launch access, or any other outcome. PostLane may request additional non-secret information when reasonably needed to review a request.

Circles, chats, posts, plans, and events

Use circles, chats, posts, plans, and events honestly. Event details should be clear, accurate, and respectful of attendee safety. Event chat and circle event chat should help people coordinate, not pressure, mislead, or endanger them.

Safety and moderation

PostLane may review reports, support requests, account references, and content references; remove or limit content; restrict participation; pause or remove Events; or suspend accounts when reasonably needed to protect people, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, comply with law, or enforce these Terms and the Community Guidelines. Website intake forms create private case records and operational notifications for review.

PostLane is not an emergency service. It does not provide continuous live-location monitoring and does not guarantee personal safety, emergency response, notification delivery, Trusted Contact delivery, message delivery, or read receipts. Contact local emergency services when immediate help is needed.

Launch feature boundary

Payments, wallet, purchases, voice and video calling, device contact import, QR add-friend scanning, Watch, Live Activity, emergency-service integration, continuous live-location claims, public mini-programs, and read or delivery receipts are not part of the launch-visible app. Source or informational pages for a future feature do not promise availability.

Service availability and changes

PostLane may change, pause, or discontinue features to maintain safety, reliability, legal compliance, or service quality. We do not promise that every feature will always be available, error-free, or supported in every region or device configuration.

Account suspension, termination, and deletion

You may request account deletion through the in-app path described on the Delete Account page. A website or support fallback does not itself delete an account or confirm completion; PostLane may require reasonable identity and account-ownership verification before acting on the request. PostLane may limit or suspend an account that violates these Terms, creates risk, or must be restricted by applicable law. Provisions that by their nature should continue after account closure remain in effect, including rights needed to resolve disputes, protect safety, and comply with law.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, PostLane is provided on an “as available” basis. Community content, profiles, Plans, Events, location details, verification, Safety Check-Ins, and Trusted Contacts may reduce uncertainty but do not guarantee identity, conduct, attendance, delivery, or safety. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Applicable law and lawful jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any dispute must be handled in a court or other forum that has lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration or select a particular state or venue.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the service or legal requirements change. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by applicable law. Continued use after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
