Account access
If you cannot sign in, include the email address you use with PostLane and a short description of what happened. Do not send sign-in codes or passwords.
Safety and reporting
Use in-app report and block controls when available. If you need help, include a concise summary and avoid sending private material unless support asks for it.
Profile sharing
Profile share links use private codes and open in the app. If a link does not open, try again from the device where PostLane is installed.
Verification
Verification is used as a targeted trust gate. If you are stuck in a verification flow, contact support with the screen name and time of the issue.
