We use information to provide the app, maintain account access, route chats and circles, support events and meetups, operate safety and reporting tools, prevent abuse, troubleshoot reliability, and respond to support requests.

Profile sharing

Public profile sharing uses a private share code in the form getpostlane.com/p/{code}. These links are designed not to expose internal account IDs.

Safety and verification

Safety reports and verification status help us apply community rules, review abuse, and protect people using the service. We do not publish private review details in public web routes.

Your choices

You can adjust supported app settings, contact support, or request account deletion. Some records may be retained where needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal obligations, or dispute handling.
