Public shell
Name, avatar, shared context, participation cues.
Enough to understand who is participating without exposing everything.
PROFILE PRIVACY
Enough to connect. Not everything to everyone.
Discovery can show useful participation context without turning PostLane into a searchable public people directory.
Protected detail
Private profile fields stay unavailable.
Conversation, a Plan, an Event, or a link does not silently widen access.
Mutual reveal
Protected detail appears only when both current choices agree.
Reveal remains bounded by current privacy and consent state.
Conversation does not grant profile access.
A message, shared Plan, Event, QR, or profile link must not silently reveal protected detail or create a public directory listing.
