Organizer Terms

This is a future organizer-host policy placeholder. Organizer payouts are not live. Owner/legal review is required before PAY.3, organizer payout onboarding, or payout claims.

Organizer responsibilities

Future organizer terms should cover accurate event descriptions, venue and permit responsibilities, capacity limits, safety expectations, attendee communication, cancellation handling, and compliance with the Community Guidelines.

Safety and verification

Future organizers may need verification, safety review, event quality checks, and escalation procedures before hosting paid events or receiving payouts. Do not describe organizers as verified safe unless that standard is approved and implemented.

Connect and payouts

If PostLane later pays hosts or organizers, Stripe Connect or an equivalent approved payout model may be required. Onboarding, KYC/verification, payout capability, payout timing, holds, refund windows, disputes, and tax/reporting review must be resolved first.

Refunds, disputes, and fees

Future organizer terms should explain cancellation responsibilities, refund cooperation, dispute support, platform fee disclosure, possible payout delays, fraud controls, and what happens if an event is unsafe, misleading, or canceled.
