Refunds / Cancellations
This is a future policy placeholder for paid real-world events. For avoidance of doubt, paid events are not live unless separately approved and launched. Owner/legal review is required before PAY.2 or any paid event checkout begins.
Before paid events
Before paid events launch, PostLane needs approved cancellation rules, refund rules, no-show rules, dispute handling, unsafe event escalation, support routing, and payment reconciliation requirements.
Cancellations
A future policy should explain what happens when a host cancels, PostLane removes an event for safety or policy reasons, an attendee cancels, or an event materially changes.
Refunds
A future policy should explain refund windows, partial refunds, non-refundable ticket rules if approved, refundable deposits if approved, review timelines, and where users can request support.
Disputes and unsafe events
Future paid-event operations need a process for disputes, chargebacks, unsafe event reports, fraud reports, evidence review, support escalation, and possible event removal or cancellation.
