Delete Account
You can request account deletion by contacting support@getpostlane.com from the email address used for your PostLane account.
What to include
Use the subject line "Delete my PostLane account" and include the email address tied to the account. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or private credentials.
What happens next
Support may need to verify account ownership. Deleting your account removes your account record and associated personal data from PostLane records except for information PostLane is legally required or permitted to retain, such as certain safety reports, fraud or security logs, support records, legal obligations, or dispute/payment records if paid events ever launch.
In-app deletion
If an in-app delete-account control is available in your build, you may use that path instead. In-app deletion should be available once account creation exists. The support fallback remains available for App Store review and launch support.
