Report a community concern

Use this page to prepare a report about behavior, content, circles, chats, plans, or events that may violate PostLane’s Community Guidelines.

PostLane is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.

We use community reports to review safety concerns, enforce guidelines, and support users. Please include enough detail for us to understand the issue, but do not include passwords, payment information, government IDs, full addresses, or highly sensitive documents.

Direct website submission is planned for a later provider-backed phase; for now, this form prepares an email to PostLane Support at support@getpostlane.com with a copyable summary fallback.

Please include the reported PostLane username(s), handle(s), profile link(s), or user ID(s) if you know them. If you do not know the username, enter “unknown” and provide whatever profile, chat, circle, event, or message context you have.
