Account access
If you cannot sign in, include the email address you use with PostLane and a short description of what happened. Do not send sign-in codes or passwords.
Safety and reporting
Use in-app report and block controls when available. If you need help, include a concise summary, the type of issue, and where it happened in PostLane. Avoid sending private material unless support asks for it. For broader expectations, read the PostLane Community Guidelines.
Community reports and safety concerns
Use Report a concern to prepare a community report about unsafe behavior, harassment, abuse, scam concerns, privacy concerns, unsafe events, or circle moderation issues. Direct website submission is being prepared; for now, reports are sent through PostLane Support at support@getpostlane.com.
Profile sharing
Profile share links open in the app and help with calm follow-up after a conversation, circle, or event without exposing private account details.
Verification
Verification is used as a targeted trust gate. If you are stuck in a verification flow, contact support with the screen name and time of the issue.
Privacy and deletion
For privacy requests or account deletion, visit Delete account or email support.
Events and future payment questions
Payments, deposits, tickets, and organizer payouts are not live unless separately approved and launched. Questions about future event/payment policy can be sent to support, but PostLane does not provide stored balances in V2.
App Review support
For App Review or beta review questions, use this support path and include the relevant page, build, or access issue. Do not treat TestFlight or beta access as a public launch.
